Tommy and his team help companies move to the "next level of success" by focusing on strategies that companies can execute well and aligning all activities within the company to those key strategies.

Over the years, Tommy started and is currently running his own VOSB (Haire IT Solutions, LLC).  With a couple of great successes, a few moderate successes under his belt, Tommy knows from experience that we learn more from failure than success.

Tommy has experience in growing technology, medical, distribution businesses and community outsourcing. In the past Tommy has served in prominent positions such as Director of Homeless Veteran programs for the Illinois Department of Veteran Affairs, Senior Contract Specialist with the Department of Veteran Affairs and is currently serving as CEO and President of Haire IT Solutions.

2014 Tommy has selected and confirm as a member of the board for Illinois Joining Forces Foundation

2013 Tommy was appointed by Illinois’s Governor to become the Director of Homeless Veterans Programs.

2005-2010, Tommy was elected as the Brigade Operations Sergeant

Tommy is committed to improving the environment for VOSBs. He has been instrumental in developing peer groups for owners to exchange ideas and improve business practices. Tommy also writes and speaks on a local and national basis about subjects that affect Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
