Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services Powered by Fedcap:  Sutherland Partnership and Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services powered by Fedcap provides leadership, tested solutions, research, and training dedicated to helping organizations and communities improve the quality of life of veterans and military families. At Dixon Center, they believe our veterans and military families can succeed where they live and work to break down barriers, drive a new conversation about the potential of our veterans, engage organizations and communities, and connect veterans and military families with what they need for meaningful employment, education and overall wellness.

Thruue:  Thruue and Sutherland Partnership possess a unique and strategic partnership that leverages the skills and networks of both organizations. They develop innovative ethical leadership training programs, strategies for the reintegration of veterans and military families and provide strategic advice and consulting to established and emerging foundations and not-for-profits.
Soldier On:  Soldier On is a nonprofit committed to ending veteran homelessness by providing homeless veterans with transitional housing and supportive services. Soldier On is here to fill the gaps and are committed to helping our veterans reclaim their place in the community while bringing meaning and dignity back to their lives.
Major Wealth Management Firm:  Sutherland Partnership has an ongoing engagement with a major wealth management firm to support the organization's efforts to build a strong employee culture. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytics, Sutherland Partnership helps the business connect its stated principles with the actions and behaviors of its employees and works directly with the firm’s management team and other senior executives to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Utility Workers Union of America:  The Utility Workers Military Assistance Program (UMAP) is a collaborative partnership that will provide 100 veterans each year, over three years, with the opportunity to participate in a six-month “training to placement” workforce development pilot program.  It is supported by Sutherland Partnership who brought in agency and foundation backing and is now a model that is gaining national attention from legislators to state agencies throughout the country.
International Brotherhood of Teamsters:  The Teamsters Military Assistance Program (TMAP) is associated with the Helmets to Hardhats program and provides employment assistance to military veterans for jobs in the construction industry.   The Teamsters have worked tirelessly to find jobs for returning veterans by expediting the process by which returning veterans can obtain Commercial Truck Driver licenses. Finding a job after completing a few years in the military is a crucial element to a smooth transition to civilian life.
